I have not come up with the release date, but I am in the writing process! I am thrilled to say that I am writing my first fantasy novel.
This is a story that will capture whimsy, adventure and triumph. I don't want to say much else yet, but stay tuned!
Painting Boulders
Have you ever heard of life’s obstacles described as mountains? The classic metaphor explains that you have to climb the mountain to get to the top, but once you're at the top, the obstacle is completely done. Basically a ruthless struggle of the uphill climb to freedom. Well, that analogy leaves out some important considerations.
- Not all obstacles can be left behind once the problem is solved.
- Some obstacles evolve with circumstances.
- There is always more than one way to combat life’s obstacles.
What if overcoming obstacles didn’t have to be an uphill battle? What if we looked at these obstacles like boulders in a garden? Each person’s life is a garden and we all have boulders in our gardens. They come in all shapes and sizes. And just as boulders have variety, so do the possible solutions. We can paint our boulders any way we want, and in doing so, we turn our boulders into works of art.
